Because it's TIME to claim your voice, your purpose and Self-Care WAY of being in your life.

Over the last decade, I’ve created my dream job and the freedom that comes with it.
BUT... like other women who are so good at doing it ALL...
being a mama, doing my work and trying to maintain all of the important relationships in my life...
I can get overwhelmed with all of the things I have to do on a daily basis.
This sense of overwhelm can lead to a sacrifice of the things that nourish me the most:
time to do nothing
time to snuggle with my man
time to play with my son
time to crack open a beautiful bottle of bubbly with my besties
time to practice the ukelele
time to dance
time for baths
time for slow intimacy
time to write
and more...
So how can I manage to do all the things I love to do AND that nourish my body and soul?
Every year I create, claim and work my Dream Calendar.
This is a mindful review process and audit of the things I think I SHOULD be doing... and the things I no longer want or need to do.
With this review... I am able to say NO to things with grace and YES to things because I CHOOSE them... not out of obligation.
I’m able to take chunks of time off and go play because I take intentional time to craft my schedule with enough spaciousness, creative time, friend time, and nothing time built into doing work that I love.
I love combining strategic planning, dreaming about new ways of expressing myself in the world, planning my financial expansion AND still leaving enough space for in-the-moment surprises and opportunities.
As a spiritual person, I love to leave room for the magic and enough room for in-the-moment inspiration.
AND I’ve run my business long enough to KNOW that I simply don’t want to leave my success to chance. I know I can’t plan inspiration, AND I can certainly consciously create space for it to bubble up.
