No two lives are the same. So your success metrics and goals shouldn’t be, either. You’ll take the time to get very clear about where you are NOW in your life, where you WANT to be, and I will guide you to build in specific action steps to get you there.
MODULE 5: Sacred Promises & Non-Negotiables
Ahhh...Keeping promises to yourself ... where most people fail miserably… for YEARS. You know, those yearly resolutions and promises to start eating better, and working out more?
True, it can be a huge, confusing mess in life when you WANT something but keep having to start all over again each time you break a promise. But you don’t need that. We’re going to look at the daily non-negotiable tools in you can implement NOW that will help you to say No to distractions and YES to Self-Integrity. (this is a game-changer).
MODULE 6: Your Daily Practice
The life you want and dream of is created day by day, even minute by minute. We will start by identifying and decluttering what is no longer working for you.
Then, I will help you to make simple daily changes that add up to BIG transformation. The mistake MOST people make is starting with the BIG stuff, and eventually go back into old patterns, again and again. Can you relate?
