Do You Remember

Do you remember the last time you weren’t so driven to do, accomplish, slay, hustle, complete, grind and push through when you really want to STOP.

Doing NOTHING is a critical ingredient for your soul to feel at ease. Giving yourself permission to let your mind wander without it being inundated with feeds, updates, statuses, podcasts, blah, blah, blah does wonders for your ability to create in all areas of your life and work.

But you rarely make time for things like that, for the silence in your life, right? You feel guilty or worthless or worse… lazy.

“I wish I had more time for myself.”

“I’m so busy! I don’t have a moment to breathe.”

“I need more hours in the day.”

“I don’t have time for that.”

I know. I get it… we’re all busy.
